Group training is a great way of getting into shape and often brings out the competitive nature that we all have in us. We encourage the competitive side in our clients, because it can be a great tool to reach those higher levels of intensity. Whether your goals are the same or polar opposites, we will tailor our sessions so that all participants, however many, are achieving their specific goals. At only £5 extra per person per session it is also great value.
