Muay Thai kickboxing is an incredible way to get in shape! Having spent 4 months at Tiger Muay Thai in Phuket, Thailand I have experienced first-hand the unbelievable results possible through this increasingly popular martial art. I have been lucky enough to learn technique on hitting and holding the Muay Thai pads from some of the greatest trainers in Thailand.

Muay Thai training techniques include pad work, bag work, skipping, shadow boxing, body weight conditioning drills, abdominal work, flexibility training. The list goes on as the goal is to improve overall functionality and performance of the human body.
