Pete is an awesome trainer. He has supported me whilst I prepared for a marathon and helped me to get stronger. No session is ever the same and he always encourages me to push beyond what I think I am capable of whilst understanding my limits. His infinite enthusiasm and detailed knowledge means that I understand the purpose of the exercises and can use them in my own sessions.

Pete is flexible and accommodating, he will always fit me in and ensure that he checks what I would like to achieve in the session. Not only does Pete plan really super sessions; he offers nutritional advice and support.

I have been training with Pete for just over 5 years now, I was interested in learning Muay Thai kickboxing and after a free trial session, I was hooked! I wasn't a natural by any means but with Pete's help and hard work I have added to my skill set and have become quite confident in my abilities.

Pete has also helped me with my gym work and nutrition by going above and beyond to always provide me with progressive programs and diet plans throughout my training. Pete's understanding of body mechanics and knowledge of training methods has really helped me take by body to new levels of strength and endurance.

I have been training with Pete for just over a year now and he has completely transformed my figure. He immediately looked at my diet and recommended a few alternatives to not only what I was eating but my methods of cooking. I now watch my diet carefully resulting in increased energy levels throughout the day and the scales are now my friend not foe.

I love doing the boxing as it takes my mind off of everything and I can really go for it, but Pete likes to add variety to each session by pushing me through tough circuits, weight and core training as well as sometimes getting me outside flipping tyres and even pulling his car! Exhausting but fun.

I do two sessions a week and sometimes if I have time I try to squeeze in a third. The studio is great and I enjoy that we can work one on one without distractions. Pete is a great motivator and is so passionate about helping people through personal training which I admire. I have already lost a stone and the weight is still falling off of me. If I start to go back into old habits Pete's always there to back me up and encourage me to keep on going.

Pete has changed everything about the way that I train; he approached me in my gym and gave me a few pointers on how best to perform the exercise I was doing. From there I requested to do a personal training session, which we did a few days later and I haven't looked back since. He gave me a routine and showed me all sorts of new exercises and training methods which I had never seen or heard of before, but I could immediately tell that this was the correct way to train and it felt great.

I saw Pete doing his own training on a heavy bag and questioned him about it. He explained his background in Muay Thai kickboxing and offered to hold the pads for me, almost instantly I was hooked and have been doing Muay Thai now for 2 years with Pete. We do pad work, bag work, sparring and he really focuses on technique and how the body moves to help me to understand where power through strikes comes from.

Overall Pete is a really Positive guy to be around and I sometimes get him to train with me to get the benefits of seeing the intensity he brings towards his own training. My body fat percentage is now in single figures and this is no doubt down to Pete’s programs, sessions and dietary advice.

I've trained with Pete for the past 5 years. We now do 4+ sessions a week, because the excellent results I've seen in a one on one environment make the training hugely time and cost effective. Sessions are always planned to my specific needs, creative and testing - you certainly leave feeling like you've had a serious workout!

Pete himself is an expert in his field, always researching the latest methods and techniques to put into practice. He is also extremely knowledgeable about diet and nutrition and has written me individual meal plans to accompany my training to achieve my goals. The studio is a great environment to train in and I would thoroughly recommend anyone to try a session… like me, you'll probably get hooked!

I'm a purple belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu and always had interest in competing in mix martial arts. I felt the need to develop my skills in my stand up game so when I saw Peter training someone in the gym, I approached him and ask if he could help me. It was a few months before my first fight and Peter helped improve my skills, my confidence, my strength and my cardio.

He also sparred with me several times to help me put everything in to practice in real situations. He made efforts to go hill running with me in the winter and challenged me to train harder and push always a little further than I thought I could.
